Discovery Call (15 min): This call is where we meet each other and make sure that you are a good candidate for the medicine work. You will get an application to fill out after, to further assess your suitability and if a journey is safe for you.
Preparation Zoom Meetings (1-2 sessions, 1 hour each): We will connect over Zoom to clarify your intentions, set achievable goals, answer any questions, and prepare for the transformative journey ahead.
Medicine Session (4-5 hours): You'll experience a guided journey tailored to your specific needs in a compassionate, therapeutic container. This session takes place either online or in person.
Optional Check-In Call (10-15 minutes): If you need extra support, your not alone. I am available to connect and ensure you feel supported and grounded as you begin to integrate insights into your daily life.
Integration Session (1 hour): Integration is where your breakthroughs become lasting change. Together, we'll process your experience and implement practical tools to help you sustain your transformation. It’s essential to strategise and apply the insights gained during your journey, to ensure lasting change and growth.
