  • MDMA therapy guided by a facilitator, rather than a therapist, involves using MDMA in a controlled setting to aid in emotional processing and healing. The facilitator's role is to create a safe and supportive environment, offering non-directive support and ensuring the physical and emotional safety of the participant. Unlike a therapist, the facilitator does not provide clinical interventions or psychological guidance but focuses on maintaining a calm and comfortable space for the participant to explore their inner experiences. The process typically includes preparation sessions, the MDMA-assisted session itself, and follow-up integration sessions to help the participant make sense of their experiences and incorporate insights into their daily life.

  • Sessions are tailored to help you tap into your innate potential while providing a safe, supportive environment for growth. Here’s what the process looks like:

    1. Discovery Call (15 min): This call is where we meet each other and make sure that you are a good candidate for the medicine work. You will get an application to fill out after, to further assess your suitability and if a journey is safe for you.

    2. Preparation Zoom Meetings (1-2 sessions, 1 hour each): We will connect over Zoom to clarify your intentions, set achievable goals, answer any questions, and prepare for the transformative journey ahead.  

    3. Medicine Session (4-5 hours): You'll experience a guided journey tailored to your specific needs in a compassionate, therapeutic container. This session takes place either online or in person.

    4. Optional Check-In Call (10-15 minutes):  If you need extra support, your not alone. I am available to connect and ensure you feel supported and grounded as you begin to integrate insights into your daily life.   

    5. Integration Session (1 hour):  Integration is where your breakthroughs become lasting change. Together, we'll process your experience and implement practical tools to help you sustain your transformation. It’s essential to strategise and apply the insights gained during your journey, to ensure lasting change and growth. 

    This journey is available to you either from the comfort and safety of your own home via Zoom or join me in person for a deeply personalised experience.
